The exhibition “Carolina Maria de Jesus: um Brasil para os brasileiros”, with the participation of Desali, is now on view at SESC Sorocaba, in São Paulo.
The exhibition is curated by Hélio Menezes and Raquel Barreto. Desali features in with the work National Flag (2021), an allusion to the Brazilian flag, which is outlined and highlighted by the green and yellow color of the 504 used kitchen sponges.
